The school year can feel incredibly long and many students as well staff get tired from the workload and stress, and become worn out. Sometimes, you just need a break, and that is what spring break is for. There are not many major holidays or chances for a break after Christmas, and because of this, during the spring, we have spring break to give students a chance to relax and enjoy some time off of school without having to stress about schoolwork.

It is very common for students to go on trips with their families, and many leave the state or even the country to travel during break. Students at Plainwell High School are going a variety of places this year. People are going to Tennessee, Washington, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, Gulf Shores Alabama, and many more. These are all amazing places that will be incredibly exciting to visit. There are also some students going farther away, such as a student going on a cruise out around California, some going to Punta Cana, and one person even going to Panama City. 

Spring break brings a lot of happiness to many people because they are able to spend quality time with people they care about while not having to worry about school. It gives you a chance to relax and take a well-deserved vacation away from home. Therefore, spring break is one of the best times of the school year, and most everyone looks forward to it.
