Some big names include Beyoncé, The Weeknd, Charli XCX, Tyler The Creator, AC/DC, Julien Baker & Torres, Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band, and Kendrick Lamar & SZA. These huge singers will be hitting the road throughout the year, marking one of the biggest years for concerts for many fans.
Concerts have always been a favorite activity for many people, but recently many tours have caused a new sensation of frenzy for fans. Many fans are purchasing tickets for their favorite artists and are joining each other in events to celebrate tours. One big past tour was Taylor Swift’s “The Eras Tour”, which celebrated the singer’s past eras and connection to her fans after all these years. “Cowboy Carter” is Beyoncé’s new tour this year, which comes directly from her Grammy award-winning album of the same name. Hip-hop and R&B superstar, The Weeknd, has announced his tour “After Hours Til Dawn” in which he will be joined by Playboi Carti and special guest Mike Dean. This is supposedly his last tour as The Weeknd, so many are anticipating a fun and crazy finale for the artist. His newly released album, “Hurry Up Tomorrow” demonstrates his signature sound as well as his creative instrumentals and songwriting. Some of his hits from the album include “São Paulo (feat. Anitta)”, “Cry For Me”, and “Timeless (feat. Playboi Carti)”.
“CHROMAKOPIA” by Tyler, The Creator is transforming into a world tour. The insanely talented and loved rapper crossed many charts with his songs on his album. Many songs became popular on social media platforms, and his success with the album was immediately known. His tour is expected to go well and demonstrate the artists’ musicality and individuality.
Kendrick Lamar, who just recently won multiple Grammys including Song of the Year for his hit song “Not Like Us”, is going on tour with SZA. He has multiple songs with the artists, including “Luther” which is off his latest album “GNX”. He has had excellent success this past year and his tour, the “Grand National Tour”, is expected to go really well.
Last but not least, Charli XCX, who created the sensational ‘Brat Summer’ which took storm last year in 2023 following her album “BRAT” is going on tour. Previously she was on tour with singer Troye Sivan for the “SWEAT” tour which went really well last year. Her tour this year is expected to go extremely well as her music delivers an unique and fun listening experience.
