Avery Bainbridge ‘27, student at Plainwell High School, worked on a piece inspired by her beliefs and what is going on in the world politically today.
Bainbridge shared that her inspiration was her “general beliefs about people’s rights and specifically women’s rights, it was inspired by the song ‘Labor’ by Paris Paloma”.
Brainbridge felt inspired to talk about it; “As a young woman, it means alot to me to be able to make choices for myself, while it’s also important for everyone to live their lives the way they want to.”
While working on her piece she interpreted the meaning of the song and the lyrics to make the image of her art come to life. Bainbridge expects to continue working on her art as a student at PHS.
